How do we deliver your items?

FREE Standard Deliver - (For All Purchases to a UK Mainland Address)

For this service we will use the most a efficient method to ensure your delivery arrives within 5 - 7 working days.

£3.99 48 Hour Deliver - UK Mainland Only (Working day = Monday - Friday)

For this service we will use the most a efficient 48 hour courier method to ensure your delivery arrives within 2 working days. A Signature will be required

£5.99 24 Hour Deliver - UK Mainland Only (Working day = Monday - Friday)
Order must be received by 2pm

For this service we will use the most a efficient 24 hour courier method to ensure your delivery arrives within 2 working days. A Signature will be required

£9.99 Next Working Day by 10am - UK Mainland Only (Working day = Monday - Friday)

For this service we will use the most a efficient timed delivery courier method to ensure your delivery arrives by 10am the next working day. A Signature will be required

£10.99 Saturday Deliver - UK Mainland Only (Working day = Monday - Friday)

For this service we will use the most a efficient Saturday Delivery courier method to ensure your delivery arrives on a Saturday between 8am and 5pm. A Signature will be required

LARGE ITEM DELIVERY - This requires contact via the customer and XS-Stock.com Ltd before the items such as Large Garden Sets, Beds etc will be sent out. If you do not hear from us within 24 hours of you placing the order (Mon-Fri) Please call us on 01294 204004 to arrange a suitable delivery date.

NB Saturday Delivery is available please contact us for prices.

Scottish Islands - £10.99 is a 48 hour service. Channel Islands - £10.99 this is a 48 hour service. Northern Ireland 48hour- £10.99

Southern Ireland 48hour- £12.99

Deliveries to the above locations will be made using the most efficient courier. This is a 2 day service unless other wise staighted and a signature will be required on delivery of your goods.

As soon as we dispatch your order, you should receive an email detailing this.

If you have chosen the standard delivery then please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. If you order has not arrived after 10 working days then please email us quoting your order number if you know it.

If you have chosen next working day delivery then please wait until after 5pm before reporting a non delivery. The carriers have up until 5pm to deliver.

If you have any delivery questions that are not answered above then please email us anytime or call us on 01294 204 004 during normal office hours.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO AMEND OR CANCEL ORDERS ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED AND PAID.

Faulty Goods:?
All goods are sold as new unless otherwise stated on the individual listing. Any item found to be faulty or damaged when received must be?retuned to us within 7 days?of receipt, please contact us by email at support@xs-stock.co.uk so that we can arrange to collect and replace your faulty item as quickly as possible.

Wrong Item Delivered:?
If we deliver the wrong item, please contact us?within 7 days of receipt?and we will arrange to collect and replace your item as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind:
If you simply change your mind and want to return the goods for exchange or refund, you must return the goods to us?within 7 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us intact and in a saleable condition.?You must return the goods at your own cost.?If you are returning the goods for refund, we will refund the full cost that you paid for the goods including any delivery charges, but?we will not refund the cost of returning the goods to us.

Please note that none of the above affects your statutory rights.
