The slotted grill can also be used as a pizza peel to place your pizza onto the oven stone. When cooked, slide the peel under the pizza and remove it from the oven. Top tip: dust the peel lightly with semolina before placing your uncooked pizza on it. It helps to prevent the dough from sticking.
