UK Delivery

If you have a mainland UK address, we’ve got a great range of delivery options available for you to choose from. You can have your parcel delivered straight to your home for as little as £5.99 using our standard delivery service.

All of our parcels are now sent using a tracked service. This means you can rest easy knowing your favourite items are traceable and in safe hands until they reach your door.

We’ve outlined more details about our great UK delivery services in the table below. However, please read a few important points about orders and delivery:

• Delivery is available to most postal areas in the UK, but unfortunately, location or carrier availability can restrict our service. Occasionally, we cannot deliver certain products to outlying regions of the UK, including the Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, and the Channel Islands. If that is the case, we may need to cancel and refund your order.
• There are also a few postcode areas, mainly remote and rural locations, where we cannot guarantee delivery within our usual delivery times. For these areas, please allow an additional day for delivery.
• Please note that we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Any orders made after 2pm on a Friday won’t leave our warehouse until Monday.
• We can only deliver to the registered Credit Card address. Please ensure your address is up to date before placing your order.
• No claim for loss can be made until 15 days after your order has been shipped.
  

Effective from 13th December 2024, new General Product Safety Regulation (GPRS) requirements mean we are no longer able to offer delivery services to Northern Ireland. These regulations impact the movement of certain goods from the UK to the EU and Northern Ireland, creating additional compliance challenges.
